There seems to be a trend in kids' television programmes that dictates that children must just sit, eyes glued to the set, brains disengaged, watching mindless cartoons or "game shows" which involve buckets full of sludge being thrown everywhere. Either way, not very stimulating.
Tony Hart was one of the few presenters whose "How To" art programmes not only actively encouraged children to get off their backsides and be creative (and make their homes gleefully messy in the process), but starred Morph & Chaz, plasticine's answer to Laurel and Hardy, who rocked. |

Tony has been Britain's "Mr. Television Art" for 50 years, and has a deserved BAFTA lifetime achievement award under his belt. So, Tony Hart's Magic Eye Snot, a little Flash toy I made in July 2002, is my tribute to the man himself.
It's a simple toy to interact with, simply grab Tony's head and "throw" it; Tony will then draw little blobs as he spirals back towards the centre of gravity, which you can also move around, making Tony change direction in the process. Have fun!
