Voluntary Action Epping Forest (VAEF) is an umbrella organisation that provides advice, information and development support services to voluntary and community organisations and volunteers in the Epping Forest District. They are based in Epping and have been operational since 1993.

VAEF required a website to be created which allowed visitors to easily find out about both the services they offer, and information about how to volunteer themselves.

I designed and built the website, which was commissioned by Partners by Design. In building the site I had to consider and implement a number of accessibility issues: clarity of design and presentation, "accesskeys", full alt tagging, and functionality to allow users to enlarge/reduce the website copy at the click of a mouse button.
